Returns policy

Only claims received within 10 days of receipt of goods will be considered.

All claims are to be made via email to hello@nostalgiaco.com.au

The customer will be responsible for return shipment costs in all instances unless the product is deemed not fit for purpose or an incorrect order has been sent, in which case a full refund will be appropriated.

Incorrect products must be returned in saleable condition.

No claims will be accepted for ‘sale’ items, unless it is deemed not fit for purpose.

All deliveries will be made via Australia Post. Orders to be dispatched Monday and Wednesday.

Standard Delivery timeframes in business days (from day of dispatch):

• 2-3 days VIC

• 3-4 days SA, ACT, NSW, TAS, STH QLD

• 5-8 days NT, WA, NTH QLD

Express Delivery timeframes in business days (from day of dispatch):

Any delays borne from the service of Australia Post will exempt Nostalgia & Co of any responsibility for any adverse effect the delay may have on the customer or its place of business.
